Well Dad should enjoy this post or at least gain a reason to call me a cheerleader. I have been talking to someone in South Africa about modeling, I assumed it was a talent scout or agent (which I don't care about because they work in Africa and I live here). After a few emails the guy asked where I was currently and I replied Hawaii but I am supposed to be moving to New York soon, he has offered a lot of representation options, all of which I refused. It turns out he isn't from South Africa, he thought I was from South Africa because an African Agency contacted him on "my behalf" This guy that I have been talking to is the CEO of an Agency called 3D that actually was started in South Africa but moved to be international. They have offices in New York, Paris, Italy, and just about every other fashion hub. Had I known who the guy was I would have been less of my bitchy refusing self and more of a brown nose. Either way he still likes me and offered to set up a meeting with his international office agent and arrange my New York Meeting. These people will do anything for that commission!
Basically I am calling myself a cheerleader cause this is a guy that I should have known by name. I'm just a loser. I need to do more research!
As for Hawaii life... It's warm : )
